We partnered with wellness brand Still London to create a month-long foot spa experience inside Birkenstock Studio. The activation began with intimate appointments for media and KOLs, ensuring early coverage and social buzz. We then opened the experience to the public with bookable treatments and a kick-back incentive that turned self-care into store conversion.

To build momentum, we layered in membership exclusives, gifting and a media partnership with Who What Wear to extend reach digitally. The result was an activation that blurred wellness and retail, positioning Birkenstock as both culturally relevant and consumer-first.
