The campaign kicked off with a dedicated shoot, adapting the global creative through local ambassadors – our ‘Postcode Partners’ – spotlighting familiar London areas to drive cultural connection and recognition. This creative anchored the activation both in-store and across digital channels.

At the Birkenstock Studio, Canoe built an immersive treadmill takeover where consumers could “walk with Utti” and explore the product in motion. In-store activations included personalised heat stamping, limited-edition gifts with purchase and a series of community-led events. To extend reach, paid media partnerships and KOL collaborations delivered content that travelled beyond London, while targeted press appointments drove cultural credibility.
