Loving all things L.A at the moment, Palladium have teamed up with local vintage boutique Mister Freedom to create these limited edition 'Palladenim' boots. Growing up in France and Africa the man behind Mister Freedom, Christophe Loiron, has photos of his father wearing  government issued Palladium boots when he was doing his service in the French military in Algeria during the 50's. The classic Pampa Hi style has been constructed with vintage 12 oz. raw selvedge indigo denim, loomed in the USA and sourced directly from Mister Freedom's extensive archive of vintage 'New Old Stock' textiles, complemented with a vintage 100% cotton...

We've got our hands on the latest teaser trailer from Palladium featuring the hot US actress Odette Annable. 'Hidden Gems of L.A.' is the latest urban exploration following on from Johnny Knoxville in Detroit, which sees Odette take us around her hometown. Having grown up in L.A. and forging a successful Hollywood career (starring in Cloverfield and new Fox series Breaking In) she  explores the towers in South Central L.A, an artist's community in the shadow of the 5 freeway, the rooftop of a legendary downtown hotel and a Frank Lloyd Wright derelict property in the hills of Malibu. Boston based brand Bodega and Palladium have joined forces on a version of Palladium's signature 'Baggy' boot.  The partnership came about due to both brands having strong Boston connections. 'Having lived through many Boston winters myself, I knew that the guys at Bodega would be experts in creating a boot for Fall/Winter,' says Palladium's VP of Marketing Barney Waters.  The 'Fisticuffs' boot features a herringbone pattern on the upper and rich chocolate leather, harking back to the formal dress of the Victorian gentleman. 'Fisticuffs' is slang from England's Victorian era when gentlemen settled their differences in hand to hand...

Palladium is pleased to announce the opening of its first retail store, located in the heart of Amsterdam.  Since re-launching in mid 2009, Palladium have proven themselves to be as relevant as ever, with the timeless design of the Pampa boot resonating globally due to its utilitarian looks and authentic heritage. Palladium’s first retail space is located on Leidsestraat 19 in the busy pedestrian section of Amsterdam, chosen for its proximity to Palladium’s European Headquarters.  The 85 square metre/950 square foot store was designed by German design team Gadde & Wawro, and based on a theme of ‘second life’. ...

On Sunday September 12th, MTV's Video Music Awards went down at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Veteran rapper Eminem performed 'Love The Way You Lie' with Rihanna on the night, and those that caught the show might have noticed that the Detroit musician was wearing black leather Palladium Baggy boots.
