One of the world's foremost running coaches, Lee Saxby, is putting on a 2 day minimalist running workshop this coming Thursday and Friday. If like me you have a love/hate relationship with running he's the man to make sure you fall back in love with it! Lee has famously helped Chris McDougall author of 'Born To Run', to run without injury and believes that we can all be trained to run pain free. The one-on-one sessions will teach you the transition to minimalist running, from correcting your posture, gait and rhythm and give you simple yet effective drills to unlock...

To mark the launch of the much anticipated Evo barefoot running shoe, Canoe invited press to join them on the South Bank yesterday to try them out. Despite the wind and rain we found a sheltered spot to warm-up suitably with Lee Saxby, a very inspiring movement and barefoot expert, taking us through the motions. After 15 minutes of jumping on the spot and squats I felt raring to go and get running (even if my legs were a little sore), it did help that we had a hearty breakfast waiting for us at the other end! Thanks to everyone that made...

You've all seen kids whizzing down the aisles of your local supermarket in those flashing light Heelys and how can you forget Crocs for the WHOLE family in day glo colours, a holiday staple it seems. Well forget those for a minute and take a look at these creations from the brand new kids range from VivoBarefoot. The cute styles are modelled on the grown up versions featuring the wallabee-style Oaky, velcro strapped Rooty and Aquarius (for easy access, it's very hard to tie your shoe laces at that age) and the girly slip-on ballet pump Pally, for all the...
