This app helps introduce you to the Ten Essential Groups, a collection of items promoted by outdoor experts as critical to the safe enjoyment of our wild areas.

When you start the planning process, Take Ten helps with custom packing lists for any type of outing, from a simple day-hike in your local forest to an extended sea-kayaking adventure in Patagonia. Build a list in minutes from the database, and check off each item as you add it to your pack. Perfect for me because I’m always either forgetting something or bringing too much!

Need some reassurance or got a few questions? This app can help you out! Columbia have thought of everything! Now, I’m not saying that once you’ve downloaded this app, you’ll be a pro hiker, but it’s definitely going to make every trip easier!
