After doing really well in NYC and Tokyo, the Bape Pirate Pop Up Store has come to our very own East End. Opening tomorrow, on Dray Walk, you'll have 9 days to come aboard and pick up your special edition Bape Pirate branded clothing (Pirate tees are £50) and also.. wait for it.. DISCOUNTED items. Sneakers are a HUGE part of my life.. (even though mine are really small!). However, there is and always will be one sneaker for me... The AM90 Infrared. In case you didn't know, this is the Nike Air Max 90 in it's original colourway.. Here's a pic for you.. Beautiful aren't they!! Although I was only about 3 when these were released, for as long as I can remember I've wanted a pair of Infras. I think it's mainly because they represent the beginning of the creation of, in my opinion, one of the 2 best styles in the Air...

Last night we were at the Columbia Omni-Heat launch at the London Premiere of Warren Miller's Ski/Snowboard movie, 'Winterviention'. Being someone who doesn't have much knowledge of winter sports (I was a sprinter), I didn't know what to expect from the evening and the movie. There was a really happy vibe and all in attendance seemed to love the free drinks! Stood behind the bar, these were a talking point of the night.. A few more of the night.. From about five minutes into the movie, I was drawn in. I now totally understand why people ski and snowboard....
