In an effort to raise as much money as possible, all of Frame's fantastic instructors will be giving up their time for free to get you limbered up for the week ahead, and in exchange you will be donating the cost of however much you think the class is worth to a very important cause. There is no need to book classes, simply turn up, take part and be generous! If you don't fancy a workout, then there will...

Starting at the Dodgers Stadium the route will go via Hollywood Boulevard, Rodeo Drive - spot of shopping enroute? - and around Santa Monica Boulevard before finishing at the Santa Monica Ocean. Nice. Check out this little view to welcome you home...

Never heard of Ironman? You're as unfit as we are. Ironman is the hardest triathlon known to man, and K-Swiss is now their global footwear provider. In fact, it is more endurance than race. How does a 2.4 miles open water swim followed by 112 mile cycle, sound? Sorry, forgot that after the cycle you need to run 26.2 miles (which I believe is a marathon). Heck,...

To celebrate the cinematic release of the new Fame movie, Joan and Pip at Frame thought nothing would beat dedicating a whole evening to the original 80's lycra clad, star jumping, musical. So, come down in your favourite Fame outfit and learn the choreography to the film's...
