We are about to kick off the AW10 season and there is none more anticipated than Penfield’s. They have traditionally smashed it for outerwear as they have that classic styling, down filling and major style points.
There are some new season highlights coming up, and some classic silhouettes re-mastered in a larger and more diverse collection than previous years. This season will see Penfield stamping their authority on the winter and making it their own.
A couple for the pre-harsh-winter items that will excite and get a few people making enquiries are their take on the Peacoat and their mac the Anoka. You know Penfield love a tailored fit, a good line and some great fabrics so how’s this for a couple of London fog beaters…
Both have the 3 layer Black Bear 5000/5000 functional fabric with fully taped seams, contrast Tricot lining that’s wind and water proof as well as breathable, fast drying and fast wicking. The Peacoat has the classic double breasted opening and looks the part. The Anoka has a great removable hood, cuff adjusters as well as all the classic Penfield branding of Leather patches buttons etc. Both are also available in black or tan.
Good non? Something a bit different from their Trailwear and mainline, these are part of the Black Bear Series that represents the pinnacle of the Penfield technology and construction. Well, they feel great when they are on anyway… But what are the prices I hear you scream whilst panting… you’ll have to wait a couple of weeks to find that out. I cant give you everything now can I?
More on Penfield’s AW collection later… and head over to the Penfield site for their winter sale —> Here
